Don’t!!!! ask for assistance from these loan consolidators. Between the repetitive emails and calls requesting the same information provided multiple times, pulling multiple payments out on unscheduled dates, and poor customer service with consistently being on hold trying to sort everything out. I finally called and cancelled to which they were supposed to refund the last unscheduled payment they took out. Well they refunded it by sending it to My house address instead of PO mailing address which was confirmed upon cancellation and instead of doing anything like cancelling the cheque and issuing a new one they told me I now have to wait 30 days on top of the 10 it’s already been for them to void the cheque and send another one which is 7-10 more business days. Don’t waste your time with these people.
