My spouse was dealing with some bad debt from a previous relationship and had no where else to turn for lowering interest rates so she went with this company. Now 2 years later we are trying to purchase a home and she can't be on the title because this is considered a consumer proposal (aka bankruptcy) which they will never tell you no matter how many times you ask (because we asked a few times with confirmation that it was not a bankruptcy, nor would it affect your credit negatively...) so much for that. Can you sue the company for providing misleading information? Just might end up to be the route we take.

Garbage. Don't do it! Unless you have zero hopes of purchasing anything for the next 7 years of your life.
