I still owe my creditors after completion of the program

Im done im finished with the program,,, they even send me a cheque because according ti them i overpaid, a month later they sent me a letter to contact one of my creditors because i still owe them... Isnt that their job to represent me and stand up for me after all i paid thrm fees upfront...i talked over and over to customer service and they keep telling me that in thrir records im paid in full,,,and yet i have to update my sccount personally with one of my creditors,,, whats next another creditor not paid yet,,,,they are fraudulent in my opinion....can anybody help me here??? Thanks
