I keep returning to Brimley’s for carpet cleaning. They have nice people to make your appointment. They call just ahead of arrival and always show up on time. The gentlemen who have cleaned my carpets always have a nice appearance and tell you what the cost is up front so there are no surprises.

Stephen did my carpets and I fell asleep on my sofa while he was working upstairs. When he came downstairs to do a couple of area rugs he even moved one to the other room because it was right beside me and he didn’t want to wake me. That’s pretty darn considerate.

We both forgot to have him clean a chair. When I called about it Brimley’s sent someone out the next morning to take care of it.

I like that they check for those pet urine stains my dog likes to leave when I’m not watching and my light carpets come out looking great even on the stairs and heavy traffic areas.

I definitely recommend Brimley’s. It looks like everyone else does too.
