I joined their monthly service and they told me that for $25+ tax i an wash as many times as i wish and it will be just $0.83 per day so i joined their service and i used to go everyday and the guy will ask me why are you here? You was here yesterday? So i told them that the way i take shower daily , i like to keep my car also clean and still everyday they kept asking this thing so one day i told them that occasionally i drive uber ( show them that i did 7 rides in a week) Also its good to keep car clean also so they told me that out of 30 days we were open for 25 days and you came here for 23 days which is ridiculous. I told them that your sign says dont worry about weather (snow or rain) and wash as many times as you wish. The guy said that out of 800 monthly members you only came Maximum time so we will not allow you to continue for next month. So i asked them to give me this in writing and guy started shouting at me and abusing me and threatening me so i told them that you should not behave with customer such way and let me call cop.

So to cut long story short, this are highly unprofessional people. 800 people paying for monthly pass ($20000 per month) and not coming makes them happy but if you go there as they offer in their advertising and banners, they don't want you to continue.

I would not recommend then to any family or friends anymore.

I drive uber part time doesn't mean i am commercial driver. Once i get professional job still i am not going there and they not only lost me but plenty of customer i was going to refer in future because they are cheap enough to collect more than $20000 from customer who doesn't use but don't want to wash for someone who wash daily as they promised in memberships first place.
