Was hospitalized for 4 days due to a MS Relapse. Although the staff was competent and friendly, two issues really stand out:

- Cleanliness as my room was dirty, only one changing of bedding after I requested, no attempt to wash or clean me up, generally very disgusting environment. Also, they have something posted on the wall about what a patient can expect, of the 9-10 items, I experienced 4.

-Scam billing as two "Therapists" showed up (uninvited) to ask me how many steps in my home and if I needed in-home assistance and another who wanted to see if I needed assistance at work. In both cases, the individuals were there for less than 10 minutes and I was charged $117.51 and $130.82 respectively. When I attempted to dispute the bill, was told they only charged me the minimum amount for a 15 minute visit. SCAM
