Once DaBella Exteriors got me to sign the contract it was like they didn't care about me anymore. I told them ahead of time that I wanted to know when stuff was going to be delivered so I could plan to be there. Then stuff would show up out of the blue and they'd call me two hours later. When they finished the contract, they had a whole bunch of leftover supplies. Some people told me I would get paid back for the excess, but other told me they just order extra and I wouldn't be paid back. It sounds to me like someone is padding the bill. It would be one thing if it was just a little bit of leftovers, but this was 11 sheets of plywood, 8 rolls of capsheet adhesive, and a few other things as well. iIve been told i'm getting paid for it, I've been told I'm not getting paid for it but if they estimated it into my bill then I've already paid for it. I had to ask them three times to come pick it up. They finally came to pick it up, but when I called to ask about refunding it from my bill, they told me the roofing materials were non-refundable. Something's not right here. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. The estimator even made a point of telling us he would return our phone calls, but he never called once.
