They had the size tire need for my car so I went to Walmart. Got there and a guy pulls up after me and they take him first which I immediately told them he pulled up after me. Then with only 1 car before me in the shop and all these workers walking around they stated it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs for 1 tire to be replaced. After waiting over 1 1/2 hours they still didn't even start to work on my car so I went up to the woman at the desk and she claimed they had problems with a car before mine. I asked when mine would be started she said she didn't know so at that point I had her call the manager. The manager got one of the 10 people walking around to do my tire. Which took about a 1/2 hour. When I drove my car home I got a low tire pressure warning so I pulled my air pressure pump out when I got home and they had reduced my 3 other my tires that I checked before I went in to 36, my new tire was 29. The max psi for these tires are 51. I Called them back and they wanted us to drive it all the way back to wallmart to fill them up as if I wanted to wait another 2 1/2 hours. They stated they fill everyone's tires to 33 psi no matter what the tire states even though the tires clearly are marked 51 psi max so they put in considerably less then the recommended air pressure for the tires that of course is dangerous and why my car tire alarm went off. Very dangerous practice they are doing. I will not ever take my car back there as people's time and safety do matter and the rudeness of the manager when called to tell him what happened was total unbelievable.
