Went in for an alignment and an oil change, which I had an appointment for. 2 hours later they tell me they will not do the alignment because of “too many worn out parts” but they would be able to get everything taken care of for $2,000. Thank god it was me there and not my wife because she could have been taken advantage of. Then once I get half way home I realized my once welded exhaust was broken. They tell me this has been broke for a while, but it’s funny how everything was fine before I had taken it there. I DO NOT want to know what they did for welds to
Break and my exhaust to pull out of my muffler. Point of the story is I will NEVER go back. Plus the customer service was terrible.
