I've been going to Puchers for the last 10 years. Whenever I go to them, they always have a nice selection of fabrics to chose from with many different options and suggestions of what would fit in my budget. I like the quality of their service, friendliness, and willingness to help you out to match with things when you can't. They're willing to answer all of your questions and they're always full of ideas, new ideas if I get stuck trying to match things up. Their products' quality is also very high. They have a wide selection of materials that's up-to-date with the newest fabrics, shades, and designs for windows.

Most recently, I had a designer named Julie who worked with me for draperies, matching colors, and choosing rods, and a worker named Tom who installed the materials. I found that Tom was well-qualified. He was very exact in installing the products. He doesn't put up sloppy work or careless with installing. He's very exact and very neat which is nice in today's world because sometimes contractors aren't so neat. His installation was top notch, and he was also neat with the cleanup. Both Tom and Julie were excellent in their fields.

I've only used them for window dressings and shades and haven't used them for carpeting and painting, but I know that they offer other options. It's always a very pleasant experience with Puchers.
