Puchers helped me install some new drapes that I am very happy with. The installer, Tom, was amazing to work with. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and just did a great job. I do feel like the communication could have been improved at times but I know that it's not always easy to respond right away.

Puchers is a very unique place with tons and tons of fabric to choose from. Overall, everything was done well. I asked for a receipt to be mailed to me and I've yet to receive that after a few weeks have passed since the work has been done. Otherwise, they do good work and I would recommend them.
