Puchers went above and beyond and gave us the service that we were expecting. The two guys who installed my back splash actually did extra things that were not required to do -- they went above and beyond.

They thought we would have our back splash much sooner, but there was some delay and we had to wait. However, they were very apologetic about the wait and kept in contact with us. The got the service done in a timely manner. The girl I dealt with she was very nice, too.
