Signed up for the monthly service. Scheduled a 2 hour time window to get service. Technician called me half hour outside of time window; maybe he showed up at my house maybe he did't I couldn't wait longer. Two more attempts, two more of the same story.

Called my account manager and they were "sending a supervisor" Same situation. I called corporate half hour after the time limit expired and couldn't get an answer.

Might have been a good product, but me and the bugs that are living with me won't ever know.
