My boyfriend and I wanted Planet Orange to come out after we found cockroaches in a stove we had bought. The lady that we spoke to, Maureen, has HORRIBLE customer service skills. She hung up the phone on me, she was extremely rude and disrespectful.. practically yelling at me, because I asked her why did you not inform us that the agent was not able to come out... we had the window from 2-4.. she informed us at 3:30pm. We still haven't received our refund from the company, it has been over 48 hours. Don't choose this company. Yes, they offer a natural way of killing bugs, but their customer service is HORRIBLE. I was directed to two different people after Maureen, and one of them LAUGHED on the phone. Ridiculous. Had Maureen not behaved the way she did, I might have rescheduled, but when a person who is offering a service to you is yelling at you... I don't think so. Customer ALWAYS comes first, and the business needs to learn that. If I do not see my refund by tomorrow, I will be contacting BBB.
