Dr. Trufaro‘s three assistants on 9/17 were nothing but unprofessional from lying about the charges, yelling to door slamming.

We have been going to the clinic for 15 years and today was a complete nightmare. I dropped off my dog at 9:30am for a routine dental appointment and was given an $800 estimate. I asked how much I paid last year because I remember it being a much lower bill and the front desk personnel said I paid $800 last year so I took her word for it and gave a down payment of $580.

At 4pm we received a call that they did not get around to my dog the entire day. When we asked what they did with my dog from 9:30-4pm we received contradicting responses. One of the assistants finally said my dog spent the entire day locked up in a cage. They clearly over booked and forgot about my dog. She even suggested that we leave her overnight so that they would get to her the following day. Would you want to stay overnight at the dentist?

After checking my bank statement I found that last year I paid $495 in total for the dental cleaning not $800 as the morning assistant lied about. By 9:30am I had already left over paying.

It’s an appalling way to run a business. They have no consideration for you, your pet and time. It’s not how you treat a loyal costumer as well.
