Black Forest Fire - no support

Just went in to get a dump .. displaced due to Black Forest Fire and PP Traveland has no discounts for us evacuees nor did the person at the desk seem to even be sympathtic.. Bad community support.. when we need you the most and everyone else is pitching in to help those displaced

I am sorry for the negative experience you received from Pikes Peak Traveland and thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our family has been a part of this community along with this dealership since 1982. We have very strong relationships with our customers and camp with them as well. Some of them are being displaced or serving due to the Black Forest Fire and we continue to do what we can to help them out. Our customers are also those who serve in various government capacities as well. In your case, I did not have communication set up effectively as to specific areas of support and I had one new employee that was unaware of how we handle events such as these. Our parts manager knew the areas where we could help but was not aware that we had an issue until you brought it to our attention online. If you allow me the opportunity, I would like to work this out. Please call and set up a time for us to meet.
