When I first met Francine I was bent over a walker and hardly able walk behind it. I quickly determined that Francine had many skills that could help me on my journey toward recovery. Some of her many talents and skills include a vast Knowledge Base, Ability to Communicate Effectively, and Encouraging the Patient…often! Under Francine’s care I was able to learn from her, discuss and participate in planning for next steps in my treatment plan. Every step of my journey Francine was excited, encouraging and very professional. Slowly, under Francine’s care and guidance I was able to progress and begin to fill my tool box to be able to continue to progress in between appointments and beyond, I can now move around short distances without the walker and mostly use a cane, or not, for short distances around home. I appreciate Francine’s commitment to her patients and I feel fortunate to have been under her care!
