The therapists are great and are very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff on the other hand are extremely pushy and want bills paid right away. They are not understanding to people being in difficult financial situations! I quit my therapy because I was sick of being harassed for money every time I came in. I offered to set up a payment plan with them and was turned down. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
