The staff treat every resident like their grandpa or grandma. The staff are friendly to everyone there. If a resident isnt the mood to do something whether its participating in an activity or attend a meal the staff don't take it personally. I've seen the staff welcoming everyone with a nice warm smile and kind attitude. The best part I've seen is how social residents can be in the dinning areas by developing friendships with each other.
