My mother was in rehab for over a month. From day 1 when pt came in ( mimi) when it all started. She was rude, talked down to my mom, went thru her personal belongings. When confronted on this she started yelling and never once tried to set things right. The whole pt needs to be replaced especially Mimi. I have witness several times of her rude behavior to residents. Nurses aids are lazy and will take anywhere from 45-
