My father was there for about 15 months. He loved to talk and the staff were always willing to take time to listen to his stories. Many times when I was there staff would stop by to say hello even when not assigned to his hall that day. The staff were caring and treated him with dignity. During his final days the compassion shown to my family was very appreciated. A hospitality cart was provided in the room with drinks and snacks, so we were also being taken care of by the staff during a difficult time.
