When my mother was 95 years of age, in 2003, we decided that she would be better off in a senior home. She stated that she would like to go to Nazareth Living Center. We did not have any difficulty admitting her into The Assisted Living area named Gleason Hall. I lived 5 minutes away, so it was not hard to get there almost every day. She was there for 5 years and passed away in 2008 at the age of 100+. I was pleased with the way she was treated and of all the wonderful care she was given. Also, I went all through school at St. Anthony of Padua and was taught by The Sisters of Saint Joseph.

When my husband and I heard that Nazareth was considering building an independent living facility on campus, we immediately decided to look into it. We were pleased with what we heard and decided that this was for us. We were the first to sign-up for an apartment in The Village At Nazareth. When the Village was completed and Sisters of Saint Joseph of Carondelet and some of the lay people started moving in, we were not able to move in right away for some personal reasons. We did finally moved in on September 6, 2013. It will be 6 years soon that we have lived here.

We are so happy that we made this decision. We cannot have asked for better people and staff to be associated with on a day-to-day basis.
