Karen LaRusso is a wonderful trainer and has a loving, patient way with our dog and us. We are so fortunate to have her. We are still being trained and still need help with our dogs barking and jumping. However, that is where the happy part stops!!!.. This training costs a fortune of money...$3300.00 We were guaranteed that our pup would be trained...we were never told about the special collars or that we would have to pay additional fees for them...How in the world can you charge a fortune of money for training and have the customer pay extra for the collars that are part of the training..ABSURD..Shelly...you should be ashamed of yourself...this isn't about the pets...it's about the money that comes pouring into your pocket...I also had my dog stay for 3 nights while my husband and I went away. Not only was it a fortune for each day but we were also charged $3.00 each time our pet was given medication. He was locked in a glass enclosed cell and left to sit alone except when taken out to potty. When we came to pick him up there was another charge for giving him a bath which we never asked for. He came home and could not even bark probably because he barked all day to try to get some attention. I could care less about your pool and so-called suites. I think you should be ashamed of yourself for the money you take from people. Although we will continue our training with Karen we would never have our pet stay there again. For what we have already spent we could have gone to Europe!!! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this facility to anyone...save your money and find a wonderful trainer like Karen to come to your home...Can't believe I put all this money into Shelly's hands..Boy did I learn a lesson....watch out for smooth talking people!!!
