I have used Heitzman Body & Paint twice now, and both experiences were excellent. Recently, my car was parked and someone backed into it and split the bumper. Fortunately, her insurance covered it, but they said that they just wanted to patch up my bumper. When I came to the shop, Danielle told me that my bumper was split so badly that it could not be fixed and would have to be replaced. She told me not to worry and that she would take care of it. She called the insurance for me and negotiated with them to get what I needed. She told me she would call when it was done, and I expected it to take a while because they had to order the new bumper. But, she called me in 5 days!! The service was great. The pricing was really good. When I went there 2 years ago, I was pleased, and I am even more pleased now! I can't say enough how well Danielle took care of me and I appreciate that she dealt with the insurance company so I wouldn't have to get in the middle of it. I even called my own insurance company and recommended that they put it on their list to refer clients to because I was so pleased with the service.
