Customer service is horrible- hung up on me
We preordered 150 gallons. Had to wait several days for delivery even though we told them we were out of oil. When delivered, the guy on the truck said the automatic shutoff did not work and he pumped 177 gallons by mistake. He admitted he was in the truck instead of watching how much was being pumped. They keep sending threatening notices. When I talked to Kim today and explained the issue she hung up on me. When I called back she said "you used the oil, now you have to pay for it! " it was their fault they pumped too much and their employee was not doing his job! not mine. Kim stated that they would have come back and pumped the excess out of our tank. So beware, when you get oil from Globe it may be oil that was pumped out of someone else's tank!
