I have been dealing with a very difficult landlord for years, and when I was faced with the most serious of problems (mold in my town house) I knew I should find someone professional who could help persuade my landlord to take care of the problem. I looked online and called Absolutely Spotless and they sent out a mold inspector the same day. Eric was very sympathetic to my problem and his inspection was very thorough. When the lab results came back, the owner Robert called me and confirmed what I had thought. I was getting sick from the mold in the air. The very detailed report that he then sent me; along with the lab results were persuasive enough to convince my landlord to fix the problem.
