I have been in business for years and I think that good customer service begins with a big smile, and that is exactly how Mike Clupper, the owner of the company. greeted me each time that I went to his store - with a never-ending smile! When you walk into his store, you feel like you are a friend or a neighbor, not a customer. He has a great selection of products and he is very knowledgeable about them all. His installation crews are top notch too! They are very professional and very good at their jobs. Most recently, they carpeted three bedrooms for us and they did a great job! This was done during the pandemic, so the manufacturers were delayed in getting the carpeting out. Mike stayed right on top of that for us. He made sure that we knew about any alternatives and he answered every question that we put to him. The whole process was very smooth! I would definitely recommend Clupper Bros Carpet to everyone in this area. They are a great flooring company and they take good care of their customers!
