This is a seriously good company. Give them six stars! I ran into a problem with some Mannington sheet vinyl flooring in my kitchen that the original installer refused to address. Even the manufacturer refused to help. I just happened to walk into Clupper Bros Carpet one day and mentioned it to them. It turns out there was a defect in the flooring. Clupper Bros worked and worked and worked on getting it replaced for me even though they weren't the original installer. They went the extra mile and I ended up getting a new Mannington sheet floor and even got a rebate on the product. I've recommended Clupper Bros Carpet to many, many people. The carpet we just bought from them was installed by Dale and Kevin, who are perfectionists. They did a beautiful job and they were very respectful of the house. Also, I found that I can call Mike Clupper directly at any time for any reason. He is very pleasant, and always ready and able to talk to me at any time. They are all nice people at Clupper. I will never buy flooring from anyone else ever again. Their service and integrity are unmatched and I'm not the easiest person to please. Plus, their prices are good!
