Clupper Bros Carpet gets more than five stars from me. They get ten! They are so service-oriented. I give them positive referrals everywhere I go. This was the first time I used Clupper Bros. Mike Clupper personally helped me choose carpeting for my living room and dining room, and vinyl for the entry and entry closet. He happens to live nearby and I had a chance to tell him face-to-face how pleased I am with the finished product. The installation was spectacular. First, they installed the carpet. The vinyl was delayed a bit due to some mix-up during COVID. But once it arrived, the installation went equally well. I recently had some problems with my deck drainage which led to water coming in through the sliding doors. Mike stopped by in-person to help me. He pulled up some of the carpet to get the water out. I am very pleased with the level of personal attention I received from Clupper Bros Carpet!
