Its personalized service, excellent product, and outstanding installation is better by far than any other carpeting stores or big box stores that I had researched. I can’t really say enough about how professional and helpful everyone I worked with was. I received a follow-up call the next day to make sure that I was satisfied, and I was asked if there was anything I needed help with. I challenge you to find any place that still believes in that level of service.
