My experience with Clupper Bros. Carpet was a little complicated, but overall they were definitely a pleasure to deal with. The only issue happened when I called them for an update, and it turned out they'd forgotten to order my flooring. It didn't end up being a problem, because the project had a few other delays and it did end up arriving in time for installation without getting in the way of anything else. They're a local company, and they're very nice, so I wouldn't have a problem recommending them to others.
