Office staff lied to me.
I was a Collegiate Sealer Company customer in Virginia for 15 years and was extremely happy with the service I received there. They were professional. One year it rained at night after the driveway was sealed. I called and they came and redid the driveway.....no questions asked.
I used NJ Collegiate Sealers for the last three years. When I called the office to schedule the day to be sealed the driveway. The lady said we will come on Wednesday. I told her that it is supposed to rain and I DO NOT want to get the driveway sealed that day. Lady said if it rains, we will redo it so I trusted her word. They did the sealing on Wednesday. When I called the office on Thursday that it rained last night within 6 hours after the driveway was sealed and the driveway need to be resealed. Then lady said that we will come to evaluate it. That is not what she told me when I made the appointment. SO THE COMPANY LIED TO ME AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.
