Jeremy and Jason,

After three months or so of enjoying our new front yard, I want to let you know how incredibly happy Steve and I are with the remodel and landscaping!! We love the contemporary, clean, unique look and easy function. We've been spending lots of time on the patio as a family and with guests. We love looking at it and living in it!

The remodel is a hit with our friends, neighbors and passersby, too. Since its completion we probably have had 100 people walking or driving by who stopped to say how much they like it. For a while it was 5 or 6 a day! Just today, the realtor for the new house across the street came by to say he had been watching it progress and loves how it turned out - so modern and sleek. He also mentioned how well it shows off the front door. One of our neighbor's visitors who hadn't seen our house for a while said they thought it was a new house. We've had many comments about the black aluminum fencing, the black pebbles, the black & white contrast, the plant selection and mostly about the whole look.

We also want to say how much we enjoyed working with you and your entire team. Armando and his crew were amazing. Throughout the entire project, you were responsive, responsible, respectful and consistently delivered creative and high quality work. We couldn't be more pleased with the process and the result.
