From the design phase through to the finished project, Scarlett's was thorough, timely, professional and helpful. When we moved to Ventura they completed our rear area and we were so pleased with the finished project we had them come back and do the front - both relatively large areas. What pleased us the most is that they say when they will start, when they will finish and actually stay on schedule. That's very important. We would highly recommend them. In addition they have an excellent crew that was a pleasure to work with.
