We had a "Refresh." Scarlett changed out struggling plants, converted an old fountain to a potted urn, rerouted electrical and irrigation lines. The whole project took only two days. From the planning stage to the final inspection, the Scarlett team communicated easily and made sure the work was done right. I especially thank Jose, Martín and David. The only down side was waiting our turn. This landscape company is busy for good reasons. Scarlett is worth the wait.
