We bought engineered hardwood floors from these guys & they did everything they said they would do. We worked with Joe G., the owner, who is a good listener & offered the service we needed to complete the project. He lined up all the contractors needed, from the demolition guys who jack-hammered the old tile, to the plumbers who replaced the toilets. He also came to our house for a final inspection after the floor was laid to make certain everything was exactly the way it was supposed to be. He immediately returned our phone calls when we needed help or had questions. As "newbies" to Ivins, we knew no one & we went to Carpets Plus because they're on Sunset & close to our home. We will be calling on these folks when we're ready to replace appliances, counter tops, etc. They may cost more than Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, etc., but you get the customer service than you will never, ever get at a big box store. If something unplanned happens, Carpets Plus will be there to help you get your $@!#% our of a bind. Skip the other guys & start with these guys.
