Our experience with everyone we worked with at Carpets Plus was very satisfactory. The sales people were helpful in explaining the various attributes of the floor coverings we were looking at, and made many helpful suggestions. We are snowbirds, with a very small home and we were a little concerned that we may not be top on their priority list, but that wasn't the case at all. Every appointment was met, the installers (Thomas and Josh) let us know what time to expect them, they did a great job, and cleaned up after the work was finished. Joe, the owner kept in touch on everything throughout the process. We were very happy we chose them for this project, and we do definitely recommend them.
