Of all the companies and businesses in the St. George area, Carpets Plus is one of the worst companies we've ever worked with. Their company took weeks to complete our project. There was always delays and excuses made. There was poor communication between us and their salesman. The management never followed up on their workers. They never checked with us as to how we felt the project was doing, or how the work was progressing. The store has a salesman who thought he knew everything, he was always defensive, whenever there was a problem or disagreement. Some of his recommendations were so pathetic, that we actually lost money on the projects. If there is any one reading this review, please don' use this company. You'll be overcharged, your project will be weeks behind, and there will be no follow up. You'll regret it.
