I felt the customer service was a little iffy, like they didn't know exactly what they were doing. I got a refrigerator from Nebraska Home Appliance and it seemed like a good deal for the most part, it has started to break down a little, but it just needed new filters and stuff. Other than that they were fine though, I don't know if I would go back but it wasn't a bad experience.
