My 55-year-old Tappan oven was not working. This jeopardized Thanksgiving. I called NHA. Finding replacement parts was out of the question. The technicians were still able to fix my oven and save Thanksgiving for my family. They were prompt, courteous and focused. Even though parts were not available they were still able to fix my problem - in less than an hour! If I have another problem NHA will be my first call!
