Nebraska Home Appliance haven't really done a lot for me even though I've had them out twice already. The first time, they sent out a very shady contractor whom I didn't trust so we sent him away. The next call, the person came out and told us that the issue was due to a faulty thermostat which wasn't covered under our warranty so that we had to pay out of pocket for that. While I'm not impressed with their services, I also don't have any specific complaints about their work and would not mind having to contact them again.
