Outstanding customer service and professionalism from the first call for an appointment to the job completion. Excellent work by Derek and his apprentice, Tanner. They were knowledgeable and extremely courteous, even covered their shoes and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I appreciated the email updates and the picture of the technician before his arrival! I cannot recommend NE Appliance enough. They are great!
