I've never had such outstanding service! Darrin came out and repaired our icemaker. He was extremely professional and explained the issue completely. He was quick and a pleasure to chat with. He left everything in order and cleaned up and removed all old parts. This was my first time using NE Home Appliance, but it absolutely will not be my last!
