The service Nebraska Home Appliance provides is excellent. We've probably used them for 16 years. We recently used them for dishwasher repair, but in the past we've used them for washer and dryer repairs as well as for the refrigerator.

They respond quickly to phone calls and scheduling appointments. They come when they are scheduled to come. The maintenance people are friendly, and they clean up after they've done the work.

The workers are always appropriately dressed, and they are very respectful of the home environment. They are always very careful about not bringing snow or mud into the house, and they put a protective area around the spot they're working. When they have finished, you wouldn't even know they were there!

I've never have them come back after they've done the work the first time. They are dependable, and they extremely experienced with a variety of different brands of appliances!
