Tried to claim many expensive parts were needed - "fixed" latch, only worked for one cycle. Charged a lot more than promised for 15 minute service.!

At first claimed he couldn't do anything because the model and serial number was unreadable. Then proceeded to claim we needed several hundred dollars worth of parts. Then "fixed" the latch, but only worked for one cycle. I went on-line, figured out our Bosch model, ordered one part for $30, self installed and the dishwasher works like a champ.

Do not call Nebraska Appliance - what a rip-off by incompetent dishonest service technition.

I am sorry for your experience. It sounds like we tried to make the best of a bad situation in which we could not source your parts with any guarantee of success due to a missing model tag, so we attempted a repair on your old latch and you continued having problems. You should know that we do guarantee every repair we make for a minimum of 90 days, and a simple phone call to our office would have resulted in an expedient return to your home at no charge to make any remedial repairs necessary or evaluate other options. Our offices are open 6 days a week to take your call anytime you have a concern about a repair, and I assure you, we are here to help.
