I was very impressed. They came out and looked at my appliance for me. It had too much wrong with it so I didn't fix it. They were kind enough to recommend that to me instead of fixing it, which I really appreciated. I used a ten dollar coupon to pay for part of the service. They were prompt, and always answered when I called.
