I called to find out if I could get an xray of my 10 pound poodle mix at their facility done as a walk in, got YES'd to death.
We were there 4 HOURS! talk talk talk, sell sell sell!
By the time We left i was charged for their dragging out my dogs discomfort.
I particularly dont like that they separated me from my dog for long periods and in fact she was not being treated at all! They just took her away. The fasted thing that got done was an hydration infusion when I got fed up and said I wanted everything stopped and that we were going home. It took less than 5 minutes!!
OVER $800. ! and Not a single Xray!!
An evaluation that I cannot even prove if they even looked at her! No reports of vital signs, etc just an blood draw and a neck id.
Maybe they think people are stupid! We are not. I soecifically went asking to have my dog check for ANY OBSTRUCTION IN HER DIGESTIVE TRACT! DOCTOR managed to up sell to exams and blood work that would not be completed for days which did nothing for me or my dog. I requested an xray. That was all!
XRAYS TAKE MINUTES MY REQUESTED VISIT SHOULD NEVER HAVE TAKEN SO LONG AND LEAD TO NO RESULT! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! But front desk are very polite.
After I paid out over $800.
They gave my a nice long paragraph on their letterhead stationary, suggesting I get ...YOU GUESSED IT... xrays!!!
Bunch of scumbags!
