They were able to diagnose something that several other ERs missed, and then provided world class treatment & surgery. Not exaggerating.
The vets and techs and front desk all care deeply, which is really clutch to see in such a stressful situation as a vet emergency. You at least know that you couldn't have come to a better place.
If your pet needs to be hospitalized, the communication is excellent.
I also believe this is the only 24 hour ER in the area (besides VEG) that will see exotics. I believe there aren't any in the 5 boros. It's unfortunate that more hospitals don't see exotics, but it's great that one of the few that does happens to be top-notch w/ brilliant vets & great care overall.
More New Yorkers should know about Oradell. If you have an exotic, this is the best place in the NY area and absolutely worth taking a taxi if you have to.
