We are heartbroken and disappointed by our experience with the oncology department at Oradell Animal Hospital.

After our pet’s cancer diagnosis, we were emotionally devastated and looking for compassionate guidance. Instead, we often felt rushed, under-informed, and alone in making incredibly difficult decisions. The side effects of treatment were much harsher than we were prepared for, and watching our once happy pet become weak, nauseous, and in visible discomfort was heartbreaking for our entire family.

Communication was inconsistent, and we struggled to get timely responses when we were worried about our pet’s pain and quality of life. During such a painful time, we needed clearer expectations, transparency about outcomes, and more empathy.

We understand that cancer treatment is complex, but we left feeling emotionally drained and unsupported when compassion mattered most.

I truly wish we had never gone to Oradell Animal Hospital. The emotional pain this experience caused our family will stay with us forever.

FYI. Don’t trust replies reply’s from Oradell Hospital they have zero intention to help you! They have a woman who replied to negative reviews who work there for 10+ years and she not in business to help you. I truly wish you best.
