Very disappointed, hospital & staff Megan Decesare

I'm heart broken the empathy and caring Oradell hospital and staff Megan Decesare they need to be aware of are feelings and love for are beloved furry babies.. last year on Dec, 23 I bought my beloved Lucky to Oradell hospital, because he was bleeding a lot thru his nose, once doctor came too see him, stated they needed to do blood work first , to check what is going on, once the results came back, they still didn't know what was happening, and gave us the choice to leave him there for more check up, but that i had to pay first payment in my credit card for expenses they charge a head it was $6964.00..Praying in my heart he well get better, days came up, and they did 2 blood transfusion that was very expensive, by Dec, 25, they told us he was getting better, but than in morning Dec, 26, he was not, and they told us we had to make the big decision to put him down my baby. Also that there was nothing else they could do, we told them to not do anything else of test, and we made decision by Monday Dec 27 , to put him down, it was worse decision for us and family, we was brokenhearted, but I didn't want to give up on him. My spouse suffered so much, he was not able to see him put down, and me I had never done those decision, it was very hard the holidays 😢 , once it was done I ask the doctor if I could get my bill, she said they will mail it..i did receive my credit card bill they charged me the full $6964.00, very hard for us too pay...but are furry doggie are like are kids we will do anything for them.. The hardest part of me writing this remark , that I never right remarks to give bad reviews, but I had to do it now, is that we still in grief 😔 for are loss, and is going to be a year this month, and I never received no invoice from the hospital all year and today I received email, not even invoice in mail all year, that we have a balance of $ 4747.29 we owe the hospital, and this was email, so the total amount $11081,68 😢 for my baby, due they was still charging us stuff in invoice to end, when we already spoke too them to not do no more test, because they told us there was nothing they couldn't do for him and we had to make decision.. i called today to discuss this invoice I received by email, & I got a nice lady name Mia, very understanding god bless her we should have more people like her who do understand, but she transferred call to Megan Decesare, due she was in charge, sad part I was just brokenhearted I received this email in the same month we lost are baby, and explaining to her situation, and crying because I am 😢 sad and hearted broken going thru this again, and explaining why we never received a invoice payment since last year and why it took a year now to send email, but she didn't care, very sad because she works for that hospital, and not trying to understand, this is not right, and explaining those extras charged, but she didn't even care and stated well what you want me to do, they did test. So you have to pay the bill, wow no empathy for us people , no good solution, plus she said we'll we didn't put you in collection, like really, you won't be able to put me collection when you never sent by mail bills that we had to pay anything, for are understanding we did payed $6964.00..very sad a big hospital to not be responsible of sending bills to there customers what is left to pay, and than act like is are fault. Very very sad, people like her you have working in hospital...
